Job Summary
Supervise and instruct all Direct Support Professionals on shift while ensuring active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. Monitor the overall functioning of the facility during the absence of the Program Director and Assistant Program Director, and oversee the physical condition of the residence including agency vehicles. Manage client and agency funds and expenditures during the shift, and ensure appropriate follow-up to medication administration during shifts and after client medical appointments. This role is based in the Bronx, NY, with a salary of $23.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three years' experience in MR/DD or related field
- AMAP trained
- SCIP-R trained
- CPR & First AID Trained
- Valid NYS Driver's license
- Must be able to pass insurance criteria
