Shift Supervisor - Security

Supervise and manage daily activities of security staff for their respective shift, overseeing physical security of the casino and company assets. Maintain performance, personnel, and operational records while ensuring all applicable personnel adhere to adopted rules, MIC's, IC's, and company policies. Conduct investigations of incidents and assist the Gaming Board as needed. Develops a service culture to ensure superior internal and external guest service delivery. Train, develop, and schedule security staff, disseminating pertinent information while recommending improvement measures for guest, employee, and property safety. Work in an environment with bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. Target salary is $23.00.
