Job Summary
Shift Supervisor - Security responsible for supervising daily security staff across casino shifts, maintaining records, overseeing physical security and guest safety, and conducting incident investigations. This role trains, develops, and schedules security personnel, ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and disseminates information to the team. Requires strong customer service, leadership, and administrative/communication skills; able to work flexible shifts in a high-stress environment. Prior security or loss prevention experience and supervisory capabilities are preferred; college or military education is a plus.
