Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill oversees the catering program, coordinates marketing efforts, and supervises staff during shifts. Responsibilities include receiving and prepping catering orders, delivering events, scheduling assistance, monitoring team performance, reporting issues to the owner, ensuring policy health and safety compliance, coaching and training staff, opening/closing registers, and handling daily cash deposits. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and Word is noted. A high school diploma/GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Drivers License in good standing
- Previous experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
