Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with management. Ensure all opening and closing procedures complete smoothly while handling customer questions, complaints, and confidential relations issues. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory following POGs. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking patrons. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store issues.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a retail supervisor
- High School diploma or equivalent
