Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities while ensuring smooth operations and completing opening and closing procedures. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience, handling all relations issues per company policy and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and communicate effectively with store management and crews. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless you are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated
Desired Qualifications
