Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and maintaining off-shelf inventory. Communicate effectively between store management and staff to drive performance and consumer loyalty. Requires state-level licensure, deductive reasoning, and ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends. Full-time role with 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
- State-level licensure requirements vary by state
