Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Rock Spot Climbing delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests while overseeing day-to-day gym operations as the supervisor on duty. Responsibilities include handling sales, coordinating floor staff, promoting relevant products and events, maintaining a safe and productive atmosphere, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, managing registers and retail stock, and supporting in-gym marketing through signage and social media. Requires leadership of a floor team, strong customer service, sales aptitude, and ability to use multiple computer platforms to perform transactions and tasks with accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous indoor rock climbing and belaying experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Detail oriented and organized
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer service experience
- Retail/sales experience
- Able to perform all floor staff functions
- Basic computer skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality
