Job Summary
Lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Directly assist newly hired team members in training while monitoring compliance with cash handling policies. Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments and accurately handle cash. Execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning, while ensuring proper food handling and product rotation. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment. Actively cross-sell products and resolve customer complaints. Inform plaza leadership of any observations or concerns. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
