Shift Supervisor - Retail

Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, closing, and POS transactions while monitoring cash handling policies. Execute kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, and maintain proper food storage and sanitation. Assist in training new team members and actively cross-sell products to travelers. Report observations or concerns to plaza leadership and maintain a solid knowledge of available services. Available to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
