Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, follow all brand standards and food safety requirements, and accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system. Monitor compliance with cash handling policies, complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, and actively cross-sell products while resolving customer complaints. Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and cleaning, alongside stocking, sanitizing equipment, and training new hires. Inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
