Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, closing, and POS transactions while training new hires and monitoring cash handling policies. Execute kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and stocking, plus maintain equipment sanitation and actively cross-sell products. Inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands of standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Available to work with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Drug Free Workplace (DFW)
