Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, follow all brand standards and food safety requirements, and accurately process payments via the POS system. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures while actively cross-selling products and resolving customer complaints. Assist in training newly hired team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Execute kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, and sanitizing equipment, while reporting any observations or concerns to plaza leadership. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
