Job Summary
Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets. Follow 5S, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times while complying with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations. Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations. Requires at least one to three years of experience in a Production Supervisor role within the semiconductor industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Degree
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts
