Job Summary
Clinical Shift Supervisor (Full-Time) leads the Crisis - Peoria RRC/Retreat night shift (7:00PM–7:30AM on Thu, Fri, Sat and every other Wed), overseeing administrative needs, discharge planning, and patient care activities. Responsibilities include team leadership and supervision, guiding discharge planning, completing assessments and developing treatment plans in partnership with individuals, coordinating with families and other support professionals, ensuring timely documentation and medical-necessity authorizations, initiating and reviewing incident reports, and maintaining compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational policies. The role emphasizes guest care and advocacy, risk management, and collaboration with the individual’s support network, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- State designation as required per state regulations.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
