Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role overseeing crisis-care operations on the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift at the Franklin County Crisis Care Center. Leads and coaches staff, guides discharge planning, executes psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans in partnership with individuals, coordinates information with family/caregivers and external programs, ensures timely medical necessity documentation and service authorizations, maintains compliance with federal/state regulations and facility policies, completes clinical documentation, and manages administrative needs for the shift. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- State designation as required per state regulations.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)
- Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states
- A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.
