Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Recovery Innovations oversees an assigned crisis-care shift, providing leadership, supervision, and coordination of administrative needs; conducts psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans with individuals and their support networks, ensures compliance with federal/state regulations, completes clinical documentation, manages discharge planning processes, and maintains incident reporting and policy adherence, all while supporting staff development and maintaining confidentiality in a behavioral health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field; Independent Licensure preferred
- State designation as required per state regulations
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience
Additional Requirements
- Requires driving if driving is part of the role; must meet driving policy requirements
- Must be able to pass background checks and substance abuse testing
- Must be able to obtain clearance and credentials as required by multiple state addenda
