Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor at Gandara Mental Health Center is responsible for ensuring that rules, policies, and procedures are followed during their shifts, implementing individual Level Plan objectives, and completing necessary documentation accurately. The role includes providing appropriate responses to emergencies, developing supportive relationships with clients and employees, and implementing crisis interventions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or have two years of related experience, along with demonstrated leadership skills and prior supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or 2 years related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in Human Services working with adolescents
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must pass a CORI within the standards identified by EEC
- Must have availability of an automobile to transport clients
Desired Qualifications
