Shift Supervisor - PT

Support the Store Leadership Team and manage store operations in the absence of a manager by supervising staff, ensuring customer engagement, and selling. Open and close the store independently, manage rest and meal break schedules, and oversee merchandise presentations and signage. Provide coaching on customer engagement, selling, and sales floor etiquette while escalating performance concerns to the Store Manager. Process return/exchange transactions, authorize promotional discounts, and assist with store security including bag checks and fitting room monitoring. Ensure compliance with all LP policies and inventory management procedures while maintaining a professional environment for staff and customers. Requires weekend availability, two weekly store closings, and completion of the three-month training program.
