Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive reviews of logbooks and staff observations to track client behavior changes, ensuring all incidents are recorded in the Logbook and priority events trigger immediate management notifications. Lead supervisory meetings with RA supervisors to review procedures and maintain consistent communication across shifts, while participating in weekly social service meetings as the operations liaison. Oversee the client storage room and Callahan room to verify record accuracy and supply accounts, completing electronic shift summaries and incident reports coherently. Provide direct assistance to clients as needed to support adherence to daily schedules and scheduled activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness or having a substance abuse addiction
- One year of the required experience must have been in a supervisory capacity
- CPR and Certificate of Fitness for a Fire Guard, F-80, or have it completed within 90 days of starting employment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially e-mail, WORD, and EXCEL
