Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while supporting and guiding a team of over 200 employees. Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, mobilizing the workforce during operational challenges, resolving employee performance issues, and participating in audits. You will require strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to process improvements. Preferred candidates will have a degree in business management and relevant supervisory experience.
