Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and adhere to all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments, execute opening, daily, and closing procedures, and maintain proper food handling and workstation sanitation. Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and cleaning while actively cross-selling products. Inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
