Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and adhere to food safety protocols. Manage daily activities including opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, and cash handling compliance. Coordinate kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning while actively cross-selling products. Train new hires and monitor team performance to maintain operational excellence across the travel plaza. Available to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
