Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and adhere to all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments, execute opening, daily, and closing procedures, and perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, and cleaning. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of available services and report observations or concerns to plaza leadership. Available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
