Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and adhere to all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, closing, and POS transactions while actively cross-selling products. Direct kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Train newly hired team members and resolve customer complaints promptly. Report any observations or concerns to plaza leadership. Requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and availability for flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
