Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, daily, and closing procedures while operating the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Oversee kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, and actively cross-sell products to travelers. Train newly hired team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Inform leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
