Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and maintain strict food safety and cash handling compliance. Manage daily opening, closing, and POS procedures while actively cross-selling products and resolving customer complaints. Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, and cleaning, and assist in training new hires. Maintain accurate product knowledge and report observations to plaza leadership. Available for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
