Shift Supervisor - Popeyes, Retail, Starbucks

As Shift Supervisor, lead on-shift activities and ensure team delivers exceptional customer service while adhering to brand standards and food safety requirements. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, processing payments, training new team members, enforcing cash handling policies, maintaining food safety practices (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks), performing kitchen tasks (prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing station/equipment, and proactively cross-selling/up-selling products. Maintain product knowledge and escalate issues to plaza leadership as needed; participate in ongoing training and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
