Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies. Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of available items and inform leadership of observed concerns. Requires cash handling and customer service experience with ability to stand, walk, and lift 40 pounds. Available for flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
