Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and adhere to food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor cash handling compliance. Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and execute kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, cleaning, and stocking. Engage positively with travelers, resolve complaints, and cross-sell products while maintaining knowledge of all plaza offerings. Report observations or concerns to plaza leadership and perform assigned duties as needed. Available for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
