Job Summary
Lead shift activities and oversee team members to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety requirements, and train new hires. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS system, processing payments, enforcing cash handling policies, ensuring proper food handling and temperature controls, performing kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing workstations, and cross-selling products. Maintain product knowledge, communicate with plaza leadership about issues, and assist with ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- customer service experience
- Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays
