Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, train new hires, monitor cash handling policies, and operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Execute kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning while maintaining proper food handling and equipment sanitation. Engage positively with travelers, resolve complaints, and cross-sell products. Inform plaza leadership of observed concerns or problems. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
