Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Train newly hired team members, monitor cash handling compliance, and operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging while maintaining proper food handling procedures. Cross-sell products and resolve customer complaints through positive interactions. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists, and stock, clean, and sanitize workstations. Report observations, concerns, or problems to plaza leadership. Available for flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
