Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage team activities, assist in training new hires, and monitor compliance with cash handling policies while operating the POS system to process payments. Execute kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning; stock, clean, and sanitize workstations. Actively cross-sell products, resolve customer complaints, and report observations to plaza leadership. Requires cash handling experience, shift leadership background, and availability for flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
