Job Summary
Conduct people leadership by interviewing, training, coaching, and motivating team members. Deliver exceptional customer service experiences and build lasting relationships. Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and product quality assurance. Develop financial expertise to support efficient business running. Apply online or in-store, then attend an onsite interview with a Store Manager. If selected, complete onboarding paperwork, receive schedule communication, and begin training and orientation. Join a diverse team at Cincinnati's Gold Star restaurant chain across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
