Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations while providing leadership coverage for up to four times weekly when managers are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security, and learn back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Act as a store team member during non-management shifts and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members. Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance to leadership. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, forklift operation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedules required.
