Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations, while providing leadership coverage for management functions up to four times a week. Assist neighbors in selecting products, greet regular customers, and demonstrate water testing techniques, all while adhering to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and inputting cashier records, and actively participate in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance to leadership. Act as a team member when not serving as manager-on-duty to learn operational tasks. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, forklift operation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
