Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations, while providing leadership coverage and managing up to four management functions weekly when leaders are offsite. Assist neighbors with product selection, customer education, and store operations, adhering to strict policies on cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security. Learn and perform back office tasks such as updating price changes and inputting cashier records, while participating in recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Act as a store team member during shifts and communicate opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvement.
