Job Summary
Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures, performance expectations, and PSP standards. Provide leadership coverage and manage functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while acting as a team member during learning periods. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and inputting cashier records. Assist in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development by communicating opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvement. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, forklift operation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- 2+ years of retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to operate all equipment – including a forklift
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to bend
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass the drug test
- Must pass the background check
- Must pass the validated selection test
- Must be 18 years or older
