Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to learn and reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Assist neighbors with product selection, greet regular customers, and demonstrate proper animal care and safety protocols. Perform back office tasks such as updating price changes, inputting cashier records, and making signs. Support store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development while communicating opportunities for community engagement and store performance improvement. Act as a team member during non-manager duties and operate all equipment, including a forklift. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
