Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to learn and reinforce PSP standards and daily management routines, while providing leadership coverage and covering management functions up to four times a week when leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security, and learn back office procedures such as making signs, updating prices, and inputting cashier records. Act as store team members when not on duty and assist in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance to leadership. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate equipment including a forklift.
