Job Summary
Shift Supervisor will assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieve key performance metrics, and ensure efficient daily operation. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, coaching and developing the team, maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising, ensuring regulatory compliance with state regulations and SOPs, managing inventory, handling patient issues, maintaining confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service in a retail dispensary environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Must function independently and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
