Job Summary
Part-time Shift Supervisor at a retail dispensary, responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leading store personnel, achieving KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, coaching and developing staff, maintaining brand standards, managing inventory, handling patient concerns, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Requires high school diploma, prior retail management/cash handling experience, and ability to work evenings/weekends; must pass background checks and hold a valid driver’s license as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
