Job Summary
Conduct all facets of the assigned shift operation by performing Counter, Prep, and Cashier duties while ensuring team members are uniformed, clocked in, and positioned correctly. Execute store walk-throughs using pre-rush checklists to verify cleanliness and stock levels, then supervise staff to maintain guest service and product quality standards per the Operations Manual. Manage cash handling, enforce food safety and labor laws, and complete opening, closing, and daily paperwork via the POS system. Maintain adequate proofed crust supplies and oversee pre-made pizza sales within required timeframes. Handle emergencies, guest complaints, and equipment issues per established procedures, while training team members and communicating shift problems to the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months experience in QSR environment
- Previous experience at the cashier, counter and prep person positions
- Must be able to maintain reasonable attendance at work
- Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time
- Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Position requires movement around the store and giving direction most of the working day
- Required to lift pans of food or food items weighing up to 30 pounds to shoulder height
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
