Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphy's Midwest responsible for all facets of store operation on the assigned shift, including supervising counter, prep, and cashier duties; ensuring proper uniform and readiness; conducting store walk-throughs; coordinating with staff to deliver guest service and product quality as per the Operations Manual; ensuring proper cash handling and security; enforcing food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines; managing labor schedules and breaks; completing opening/closing duties and shift paperwork using the POS system; maintaining adequate prepped product and inventory for the shift; communicating issues to the supervisor and resolving scheduling or product shortages; handling guest complaints and emergencies per procedures; and training/developing team members as directed by the immediate supervisor; other duties as assigned.
