Job Summary
Lead the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on all tasks when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by greeting guests, answering questions, handling complaints, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policy. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures while communicating effectively with store management. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts.
