Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with store management. Ensure smooth operations by handling opening and closing procedures, addressing customer questions and complaints, and maintaining customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and performing inventory checks for promotional and seasonal goods. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Requires flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at a base rate of $16.00 - $23.00. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
