Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Manage customer service by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding company policies. Execute opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Work a flexible schedule including overnight shifts and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours of 25. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and performance while building consumer loyalty.
