Job Summary
Shift Supervisor oversees store execution and performance, leads staff in absence of Manager/Operations Supervisor, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, delivers strong customer service, handles customer relations per policy, maintains confidentiality, and ensures merchandise displays, stock, and inventories align with weekly promos and planograms; requires strong deductive reasoning, analytics, computer literacy, advanced communication and supervisory abilities, and a flexible schedule including overnight/weekend shifts; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; CVS Health culture emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and community care.
