Shift Supervisor New Berlin

Shift Supervisor leading production teams on a 12-hour rotational schedule in New Berlin, WI; responsibilities include hands-on production duties (operate and troubleshoot blow/injection molding and downstream equipment), lead RedZone performance metrics and technician accountability, staffing and material staging for safety and efficiency, escalate maintenance needs, and drive continuous improvement. Supervisory duties cover staffing, labor planning, real-time coaching and performance management, onboarding and training with Food Safety and GMP compliance, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Human Development teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of manufacturing management experience, experience with CI programs and ERP/MRP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), strong communication and coaching abilities, and the physical ability to work on the manufacturing floor (up to 50 lbs, variable temperatures). The role emphasizes ownership of shift-level performance across Safety, Quality, OEE, Material Yield, and Member Engagement, and leadership on a 4/4 rotation with 12-hour shifts.
